On November 1, 2013, Joseph L. Grimes, beloved husband of 63 years of Dorothy A. Grimes (nee Westphal); devoted father of Gary Grimes and his wife Doreen, Tim Grimes and his wife Cheryl and the late Michael Grimes; brother of Raymond Grimes; loving grandfather of seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; Mr. Grimes worked as a supervisor for C & P Telephone Company for 38 years and then retired to Ocean City, MD where he maintained membership in the Elks Lodge #2645, VFW Post #8296, American Legion Post #1838, Masonic Lodge #222 and sold real estate for Caldwell Banker in Ocean City, MD.
Visiting at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A., 11750 Belair Road (Kingsville) on Monday, November 4, 2013, from 7-9 pm and Tuesday, November 5, 2013, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 6, 2013, at 10:00 am. Interment Highview Memorial Gardens.
