June Wells (Carr)

June (née Carr) Wells, peacefully passed away on October 4, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Alfred Wells and the devoted mother of David Outen and his wife Peggy, as well as Donald Outen and his wife Janice. June was a loving grandmother to James Outen and his wife Kate, David R. Outen, Katharine Outen and her fiancé Joseph, John D. Outen, and John R. Outen. She was also the cherished great-grandmother of Ingrid, Jack, and Iris Outen.

June’s kindness and warmth extended beyond her immediate family, and she is fondly remembered by many loving nieces and nephews.

A graveside service to celebrate June’s life will take place on Friday, October 11, 2024, at 12:30 PM at Parkwood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in her honor to Hiss United Methodist Church (www.hisschurch.org).

June's gentle spirit and unwavering love will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
