Kathleen L. Surplus (Ratcliffe)

On August 30, 2014, Kathleen Lucille Surplus (nee Ratcliffe), beloved wife of the late Arthur W. Surplus; loving mother of Gregory A. Surplus and three stepsons, Douglas, Jeffrey and the late Gerald; dear sister of Dr. Steve Ratcliffe; also survived two nephews and three nieces.

Visiting at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Road (Overlea) on Sunday, August 31, 2014, 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 1201 Taylor Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21234 on Monday, September 1, 2014, at 10:00 am. Interment will be private. If desired, contributions may be made to St. Andrew Church where Kass was organist.
