Kent W. Neibaur

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Kent W. Neibaur on June 25, 2025. Kent, a beacon of love and warmth, was surrounded by his family.

Kent's life was a testament to love and commitment, beautifully illustrated in his marriage to O. Anne Neibaur (nee Peters) for 53 years. He was a pillar of strength and nurturing love as the father of Kelvin Neibaur and his wife Julie, and Kendra Barton and her husband Derrick. Kent's legacy continues through his adored grandchildren – Ryan, Erica, Broghan, Lochlan, Strahan, and Harchan and his cherished great-grandchildren, Collin, Caroline and Austin. He is also survived by his loyal brother-in-law, Bert Peters and his wife Mauren Peters. He is the uncle of Jill Brady,and her husband Don, and their children Kayla and Jack. Kent is also survived by his children of a previous marriage Byron, Bart, Lorena, Lisa, Wade and the late Valerie.

To celebrate Kent's life and honor his memory, friends and family are kindly invited to gather at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Road, in Overlea. The visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 9-10 am, followed by a memorial service at 10 am. The interment will be a private ceremony.
