Lawrence John Aubrey

On October 1, 2024, Lawrence "Larry" John Aubrey peacefully passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Larry was the devoted son of the late Elmer Gilland Aubrey and the late Vivian Augusta (née Class) Aubrey. He was a beloved brother to Elaine Lawrence (husband Don), Patricia Morrone (husband Joseph), Raymond Aubrey (wife Cheryl), and Robin Davids (husband Ruck). Larry's family extended beyond his siblings, with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of whom adored him deeply.

Larry proudly served in the National Guard and had a deep passion for the outdoors. He was an avid outdoorsman, with a passion for fishing, goose hunting, and shooting. His memberships with the Carney Rod and Gun Club and the Marco Club reflected his love for these pursuits, and the friendships he built through them.

Larry created countless treasured memories with his family, especially during their trips to North Carolina. One of the highlights of these vacations was the time spent on the water, where Larry would charter boats, allowing his family to enjoy peaceful days at sea together. His family will forever hold these joyful moments close to their hearts.

The family will receive friends to celebrate Larry’s life at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A., located at 11750 Belair Road in Kingsville, on Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A funeral service to honor Larry’s life will be held at the funeral home on Friday, October 4, 2024 at 1:00p.m. Larry will be laid to rest alongside his parents at St. John Lutheran Church Cemetery.

The family extends their heartfelt thanks for the prayers, love, and support they have received during this difficult time. Larry's memory will be forever cherished by those who knew and loved him.
