Linda Marie Murphy-Cole

On June 22, 2019 Linda Marie Murphy-Cole, 64, passed away with her loving husband by her side. She was the loving wife of Robert “Buddy” Cole, Jr. She was a 1973 graduate of Overlea High School and graduated from the Saint Joseph Hospital Nursing Program in 1977. Linda worked at Saint Joseph Hospital until 1997 when she began working as a Nurse Case Manager until she retired in 2017. Linda enjoyed traveling, but also staying home doing word searches, crossword puzzles and watching QVC, HGTV, and gameshow network.

Linda is survived by her loving husband Buddy, her sister Ruth Boin and her husband Karl, her sister Dottie Wheeler, her brother-in-law Donald Cole, her brother-in-law John Cole and his wife Janelle, and sister-in-law Kimberly Tillman and her husband Michael. Linda is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 28, 2019 at St. Ursula Church, 8801 Harford Road at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Arthritis Foundation www.arthritis.org or the Gilchrist Hospice www.gilchristcares.org . Interment will be private.
