Margaret Elizabeth Heffner (Berg)

Margaret Elizabeth (nee Berg) Heffner passed away peacefully, in her sleep, on August 25, 2024, at the age of 99. “Aunt Liz” leaves behind a loving family including her devoted nephew, John E. Berg and his wife Lois, her niece, Nancy Twilley and her husband Charles, and her niece-in-law Theresa Berg. Her legacy lives on through multiple generations of nieces and nephews who will remember her fondly.

Margaret was predeceased by her beloved parents, John M. and Margaret (nee Dieter) Berg, her brothers: Albert M. Berg, Sr. and his wife Margaret, John A. (Bo) Berg and his wife Hilda, J. Raymond Berg and his wife Alvina (Rene). Her loving nephews Albert M. Berg, Jr., Robert Berg, and Earl Berg also preceded her in death.

Visiting at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A., 11750 Belair Road (Kingsville) on Friday, August 30, 2024, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church (Fullerton) on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at 10 am. Interment St. Joseph Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph School (Fullerton), 8416 Belair Road, Baltimore, MD 21236.
