Phelan, Kathleen Berube and her husband Matthew, Emma Berk and Colleen Berk; brother of Richard Berk and his wife Patricia; brother-in-law of Lois Johnson, Wilbert F. Johnson, and Lillian and Charlene Berk.

Visiting at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Road (Overlea) on Monday, April 17, 2017, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held at St. Matthias Episcopal Church on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at 11 am. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made, in his name, to St. Matthias Episcopal Church, 6400 Belair Road, Baltimore, MD 21206.
