On April 20, 2023, Melvin R. Huber Sr. passed away; beloved husband of the late Anna J. Huber (nee Winkler); son of the late George and Barbara Kahl Huber; devoted father of Karen Johnston (Randy), Jane Nickols, Thomas Huber (Linda), James Huber and Melvin Huber Jr. (Diane); loving grandfather of Heather and Dave Johnston, Ashley, Thomas, Elizabeth, Travis, Timmy, Andy and Melvin Huber III, Olivia Britton (Johnny), Josh Huber and Jake Huber; great-grandfather of Lucas Huber, Ethan, Lucas, Abigail and Evelyn Kinder; bother of the late John Zimmer, Margaret Peterson, Marie Verski, John, George, Ed, Lawrence, Ben, Joe and Howard Huber, Margaret Magdalene and two infant twins.

Visiting at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A., 11750 Belair Road (Kingsville) on Monday, April 24, 2023, 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 10 am. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in his name, to the Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org.
