On April 6, 2026, Michael D. Blondell, Sr. passed away; beloved husband of Mary T. Blondell (nee Rohe); devoted father of Anne-Marie Wagner, Michael D. Blondell, Jr. and his wife Elin Lehrmann, Suzanne Marie Sierakowski and her husband James and Stephen Blondell and his wife Dori; cherished grandfather of Kristen and Chris, Danielle and Scott, Nicholas and Eric, Katlyn and Phil, Christopher, Molly, Jeremy and Lauren, Miranda and David and Sydney; great-grandfather of Lucy, Miles, Henry, Bowie, Hazel, Lincoln and River; also survived by two half-sisters, two step-sisters and many nieces and nephews

Visiting at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Road (Overlea) on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church (Fullerton) on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 10 am. Interment St. Joseph Church Cemetery.
