Mildred D. Spath (Damm)

On October 27, 2018, Mildred “Millie” D. Spath (nee Damm); beloved wife of the late Herbert W. Spath; devoted mother of Sherye Sedlak and her husband Stephen (of IL); loving grandmother of Dr. Samantha Sedlak (of FL); also survived by several cousins and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at Parkwood Cemetery on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children – Philadelphia, c/o Boumi Shriners, 5050 King Ave., Baltimore, MD 21237.
