Nicholas Donald Regester

On July 26, 2024, Nicholas Donald Regester, beloved husband of thirty one years to Teresa (nee Tracey) Schutte Regester. Predeceased by his wife, Joan Lois (nee Wood) Regester. He is survived by his son, Glenn Regester and wife Maryanna; two grandsons, Nicholas (Jess) and Zachary (Savannah) Regester; his sister, Carol Borland and husband Robert; two step daughters, Diane Leimbach (Charles) and Terri A. Schutte; eight step-grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

His beloved daughter, Donna L. Regester, predeceased him in October 2009.

After serving in the United States Army for three years during the Korean War, he worked for The National Security Agency, retiring in 1990.

Donald loved flowers, gardening, birds, animals and everything beautiful that God and Mother Nature put on the earth.

He was a faithful member of the congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Prince of Peace, 8212 Philadelphia Road Rosedale, Md. 21237, where the family will receive friends on Saturday, August 24, 2024 from 10:00am to 11:00am, at which time a memorial service will begin at 11:00am.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charities supported by Prince of Peace Church (www.poplutheranbaltimore.org). Interment will be private.
