It is with great sadness and a heavy heart to announce the passing of Philip Fabiano, who passed away peacefully at his home in Ellicott City, MD on March 22, 2025.
Born on October 22, 1947 in Newark, NJ, Phil was a loving husband, proud father, and a Pop Pop that cherished his grandchildren.
Phil was a graduate of St. Peter’s College and later received his masters degree from NJIT. After a well respected career in the jewelry industry, he later became an adjunct professor at Middlesex County College, and a high school teacher at Ferris High School in Jersey City, NJ
He was an honest man, a hard working man, a true provider for his family. He had the innate ability to make people smile. Dad was quick to tell a joke and even quicker to offer help and advice. His immense humor and wisdom will be missed.
Phil is survived by his two sons Scott and Adam and their spouses Caroline and Lori, his brother Gary and wife Marlene, his grandchildren Isabelle, Emmaline, Lucas, and Leo, and his nieces and nephew.
Phil is preceded in death by his wife, Larraine of 44 years.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor can be made to the American Cancer Society.
A memorial service will be held at Chestnut Hill Cemetery in East Brunswick, NJ.
