Phyllis K. Pullen, M.D. (Kouwenhoven)

On October 22, 2018, Phyllis K. Pullen, M.D. passed away at the age of 95. Dr. Pullen was a private practice physician, in the Kingsville community, for 40 years. She is the beloved wife of the late Keats A. Pullen Jr.; devoted mother of Peter K., Paul V, Keats A. III, Andrew W. and Victoria F. Pullen; also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Visiting at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A., 11750 Belair Road (Kingsville) on Friday, October 26, 2018, 12 pm – 1 pm. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, October 26, 2018, at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friends of Jerusalem Mill via jerusalemmill.org.
