Raymond Dyson Cook

On October 21, 2019, Raymond Dyson Cook passed away. Ray served in the US Navy for four years and was honorably discharged in 1965, after which he started working for BGE. He retired in February 2002, after 36 years of service, as power plant supervisor. Ray was a Life Scout and enjoyed making items out of leather and sharing his skills with many Boy Scouts. Ray was the beloved husband of Barbara L. Cook (nee Dobry); devoted father of Sherry Cook Baggett and her husband Brian and Tim Cook; loving grandfather of Heath Baggett.

Visiting at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Road (Overlea) on Friday, October 25, 2019, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, October 26, 2019, at 11:30 am. Interment will be held privately. Those desiring, donations may be made, in his name, to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
