On November 5, 2024, Raymond S. Smith passed away; beloved husband of Carolyn G. Smith (nee Ashe); devoted father of Kelly Stiner, Raymond P. Smith and his ex-wife Amanda Rizza-Smith, Brandy Smith and Jessie Lipps, Lindsy Shifflett and her husband William, Timothy Smith and Rebecca Christ and Jeremy Smith and his partner Charles Schlagenhauf; loving grandfather of Brandon Mark, Olivia Christine, Lyla Harper, Brandon P. Smith, Cameron Smith and Eden, Jersey Smith, Jason Smith, Autumn, Bradley and Levi Shifflett and Faith and Timmy Smith; son of the late David and Annie Smith; son-in-law of George “Popsie” Ashe and the late Mary "Biggie" Ashe; brother of Barbara Triplett and her husband Barry and the late Bryant Smith and his ex-wife Carol Smith; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visiting at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A.,11750 Belair Road (Kingsville) on Monday, November 11 , 2024, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held at Cowenton United Methodist Church, 10838 Red Lion Road (White Marsh) on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 11 am. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
