Suddenly, on May 28, 2015, Robert “Bobby” Howard Chapman, IV passed away. He is the devoted son of Robert H. Chapman, III and Carol R. Chapman; devoted brother of Cindy Hoerl; loving uncle of Kaylee Hoerl.
Visiting at Calvary Lutheran Church on Sunday 6:00-7:00 pm at which time funeral services will begin. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church, 2625 E. Northern Parkway, Baltimore,MD, 21214.
