Robin Lynn Wagner

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Robin Lynn Wagner on November 20, 2024. Robin was the devoted daughter of the late John Henry Wagner and Alberta Lucia Wagner (née Babikow). She was a loving sister to Joyce DeVilbiss and Marlene Wagner, who shared a close bond with her husband, Philip Humbertson. Robin was also a cherished aunt to Jonathan DeVilbiss and Steven DeVilbiss, along with his wife, Lauren.

Robin’s life was one of warmth, joy, and special connections. She resided at Star Community, Inc. in Hagerstown, Maryland, where she was surrounded by a caring and supportive community. Robin had a deep love for music, a vibrant enthusiasm for the Baltimore Orioles, and a fondness for bright colors that matched her lively spirit. She especially enjoyed outings that brought together her favorite things: good food, shopping, and the company of those she loved.

In keeping with Robin's wishes, funeral services and interment will be private. To honor her memory and the community that meant so much to her, contributions may be made to Star Community, Inc., an organization that played a meaningful role in Robin’s life. Donations can be sent to:
