Robin Lynn Watters (Monroe)

On May 14, 2013 Robin Lynn (nee Monroe) Watters beloved wife of Charles Watters; devoted mother of L’Oreal Yates; loving daughter of William and Edith (nee Savoy) Monroe; dear sister of Sandra Nelson and her husband Vaughn and Duane Monroe; daughter-in-law of Regina Hayes; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 10:30am at the New Psalmist Baptist Church 6020 Marian Drive Baltimore, MD. 21215, the family will receive friends in church from 10-10:30am. Interment private.
