Rose Evelyn Hughes (Beyer)

Rose Evelyn Hughes of Bel Air died on September 12, 2014 at the age of 91.

Born January 25, 1923 in Fallston, she was predeceased by her husband Curtis J. Hughes. The daughter of the late Herman and Rose Byers and sister of the late Thelma Busler, Esther Wienskowski, Vernon and Herman Byers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Rose was a lifelong resident of Harford County. Rose was a Realtor in Harford County since 1970 prior to retiring and worked in various retail positions throughout the county. She was also an active member of St Paul’s Lutheran Evangelical Church in Kingsville.

Friends and family may call at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A. of Kingsville 11750 Belair Road on Friday September 19, 2014 from 5-8 pm. Services will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at St. Paul’s Evangelical Church in Kingsville at 10:00am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Evangelical Church, 12022 Jerusalem Rd, Kingsville, MD 2087.
