Ruth Esther Phillips (Price)
On March 24, 2014 Ruth E. (nee Price) Phillips beloved wife of the late James R. Phillips, devoted mother of Jacqueline R. Sullivan Tipton and the late Dennis J. Phillips, also survived by her grandson James P. Sullivan, dear sister of Norma P. France and the late Katherine Hatch and Donald H. Price.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc. 7401 Belair Road (Overlea) on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 10:30 AM. Interment will be private.
