Ruth Marie Vanik (Spiegel)

On September 28, 2015, Ruth Marie Vanik (nee Spiegel); beloved wife of the late Jerome F. Vanik; devoted sister of Virginia Spiegel, O.S.F. and the late Dolores Fitch, Dorothy Youngworth, William Spiegel and Norman Spiegel; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins; Ruth was a life member of the Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company, having been the first female driver of the ambulance.

Visiting at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A., 11750 Belair Road (Kingsville) on Sunday, October 4, 2015, from 2-5 & 7-9 pm. A Christian Wake Service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, October 4, 2015, at 4:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Stephen’s Church (Bradshaw) on Monday, October 5, 2015, at 10 am. Interment St. Joseph Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company Building Fund, P.O. Box 65, Kingsville, MD 21087-1613.
