On June 25, 2012, Scoval Raymond “Toad” Williams, beloved husband of the late Mildred A. Williams (nee Blankenship); devoted uncle of William E. Blankenship, Jr.; brother of Mildred Bonzo, Janet Mauk, Easter Hall, Eva Grimshaw, Opal Yocum and the late Gladys Litteral, Lettie Hamilton, Violet Wilson, Clifford, George, Herman, Floyd and Gene Williams; brother-in-law of William E. Blankenship, Sr.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment private.
