On October 16, 2013, Shirley Evelyn Mulligan (nee Smelter), beloved wife of Charles J. Mulligan; devoted mother of Brian C. Mulligan, Shawn M. Melnikoff and her husband Steve and Kevin M. Mulligan; dear grandmother of Megan Stannard; sister of Leonard H. Smelter.

Visiting at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A., 11750 Belair Road (Kingsville) on Friday, October 18, 2013, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A prayer service will be at the funeral home on Saturday, October 19, 2013, at 11 am. Interment will be private.
