Vernon Henry Dietz Jr.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Vernon Henry Dietz, Jr. on December 16, 2024. Vernon was the beloved son of Vernon Henry Dietz, Sr., Brenda Dietz, and Dianne Fitch. He was a cherished brother to Danielle Dietz and a loving nephew to Bonnie Fitch-Cullis, LeRoy Fitch, and Carolyn Prine.

Vernon was predeceased by his devoted grandparents, Oscar and Frieda Dietz, and George and May Fitch, who now welcome him with open arms.

Family and friends are invited to gather at E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A., 11750 Belair Road, on Saturday, December 28, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service to honor Vernon’s life will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, December 28, 2024, beginning at 2:00PM. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Harford County at www.harfordshelter.org, a cause close to Vernon’s heart.
