On April 20, 2023, Vivian R., (nee Leister) Gyr, beloved wife of the late Marvin P. Gyr, Sr.; devoted mother of Marvin P. Gyr, Jr. and wife Beverly, Cindy J. Kahl and husband Norman, Terri L. Gyr; loving daughter of the late Alvah Leister and Nettie (Brehm) Leister; sister of the late Alvah and Dwight Leister, Lucille Parsley, Ottilee Green,Thurlow and Stanley Leister; dear grandmother of M. Paul Gyr III and wife Heather, Bryan Gyr and wife Jeanne; great-grandmother of Ryan, Augustus, Emma and Veronica.

Visiting at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Road in Overlea on Thursday, April 27, 2023 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held at Camp Chapel United Methodist Church, 5000 E. Joppa Road in Perry Hall on Friday, April 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Interment Moreland Memorial Park Cemetery. If desired memorial contributions may be made to Camp Chapel United Methodist Church.
