William E. "Skip" Osbourn, III

On May 7, 2026, William E. “Skip” Osbourn III passed away peacefully. He was the beloved husband of Margaret Hines Osbourn and the late Shirley Wacker Osbourn; devoted father of Scott Christopher Osbourn and his wife, Laura, Steven Gregory Osbourn, and Jeffrey William Osbourn; and loving grandfather of Kaitlyn, Emily, and Jacob Osbourn.

Visiting at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A., 11750 Belair Road (Kingsville) on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 2-5 and 7-9 pm. Family and friends will gather in remembrance at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 12022 Jerusalem Road (Kingsville) on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 1:30 pm. Interment will follow in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, in memory of Skip's leadership and years of teaching (both public and private), memorial donations may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Loren Goehner Endowment Fund. This fund helps ensure a Christian Education to students and continues the impact that Skip made each day in the classroom.

Skip will be remembered for his strong faith, love of family, steadfast presence, work in education, care for students, service to St. Paul's, love of trains and the many lives he touched throughout the years.
