On July 26, 2020, William Donald Rouse, beloved husband of Philomena R., (nee Toscano) Rouse, devoted father of Sharon Galasso, step-father of Rene Monaghan, Jane Cramer and Patricia Monaghan; also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association www.alz.org , Gilchrist Hospice Care www.gilchristcares.org or the Multiple Sclerosis Society www.nationalmssociety.org
