William E. "Bill" Sullivan Jr.

William E. Sullivan Jr (Bill) aged 80 of Fallston, Maryland passed away September 7, 2023 at Charlotte Hall Veterans home. Bill was married for 56 years to Christine (nee Clifton) Sullivan who preceded him in death. He is survived by his children Barbara C. Sullivan, William R. Sullivan and his wife Patricia, Theresa Cox and her husband Michael, Derek Sullivan and his wife Angie, and Stephen Sullivan and his wife Erin and his adopted son Daniel Cannon; his twelve grandchildren, Trevor and wife Katie, Emily, Bobby and wife Samantha, Amanda, Justin, Joshua, Jessica, Abby, Paige, Colin, Ellie and Sam; his two great-grandchildren Ava and Lumen and his sister Kathy Enste and her husband Don.

Bill was a veteran of the US Army and served in the national guard, 1st with the 290th, when he deployed to Desert Storm and with the 175th Air Guard where he retired in 2003. Bill worked for 30 years with the City of Baltimore as a mechanic, where he retired from. After his retirement, he worked for the Bel Air Auto Auction. He loved his family dearly and would do anything for you. He enjoyed going to yard sales, baseball games, gambling at the Legion, crabbing, watching football, and having a pint at the pub. He was proud of his Irish heritage and was able to travel there several years ago, it was one of the highlights of his life. Bill enjoyed telling stories over and over like a true Irishman full of wit and blarney.

The family will recieve friends at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A., 11750 Belair Road in Kingsville on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 8:30pm, at which time a memorial service will begin at 8:30pm. Interment is private.
