William George Thater

On December 26, 2018, William G. Thater passed away; beloved husband of the late Ann Dolorita Thater (nee Kerdock); devoted father of Mary Chetelat and her husband Frank and Catherine Dechtiaruk and her husband Walter; loving grandfather of Frank, Maura, Caroline, Eric, and Anna; brother of Elizabeth Thater.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael the Archangel Church on Friday, January 4, 2019, at 10 am. Interment New Cathedral Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sisters of St. Casimir, 2601 W. Marquette Road, Chicago, IL 60629.
