Charlie hired me to work for SSA on the RSIS contract in 2004. To this day, he is one of the best managers I have ever worked for in my very long career as a system programmer. I am just now finding out about his passing and wanted to send my message of sympathy to his family. We were truly blessed to have know such a wonderful person.
My deepest sympathy to his family,
Patricia Nicholson

I worked for Charlie on a contract at SSA. He was a kind person and a loyal friend and he touched many people's lives in the business who would say the same. He made a difference in mine. I'll always remember him fondly. My condolences, Tony Santoro

I worked with Charlie for many years at SSA. He was a wonderful man, very bright, had a positive attitude, the consummate team player, had a great smile and was a pleasure to work with. Simply stated, Charlie was the best and a blessing to all who knew him. I will remember Charlie and his family in my prayers.

With wonderful memories, Michael A. Dressel
