To Wayne's family, so sorry for your loss. We are shocked to find out of his passing. We first met and knew Wayne as our landlord for 1 year on Shamrock Ave in 2001, and stayed good friends for years after that, even after moving to New Hampshire. We will always cherish the laughter we would have at the dinner table in the presence of his late friend Bob. Wayne was the nicest guy and the gentlest of souls. We will surely miss him - May he rest in peace!

Our deepest condolences to all the love ones of the dearly departed. The words found at 2 Corinthians chapter 1 verses 3 and 4 were especially comforting to our family during the loss of our parents and dear loved ones. It says, "Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with comfort that we receive from God." May these words strengthen you too.

To Wayne’s family and friends, my deepest condolences. I was a tenant of his on Dunkirk Rd. for many, many years and we remained friends to this day. Some of the happiest years of my life were spent there and I will always be grateful that he made that possible. We shared a love of dogs and our conversations were always lively and full of laughter. I will miss him dearly and feel very fortunate to have known him. My world grew a little darker with his passing but the night sky a little brighter with its newest star. Rest In Peace, my friend, and thank you. Beth Branning
